Midwifery Master's Program aims to train specialist midwives who have developed research and problem solving skills with contemporary educational principles, are sensitive to cultural differences, closely follow current practices, and can take responsibility independently or as a member of a health team.


Message from the Head of the Department


As a requirement of the historical responsibility taken from Karatay Madrasah, the Midwifery Master's Program aims to train midwives who have developed research and problem-solving skills, are sensitive to cultural differences and have communication skills, follow current practices in the field of health in relation to lifelong learning, take responsibility independently and as a member of the health team, comply with professional ethical rules, respectful, sensitive, forward-thinking, spiritual skills, holistic perspective, family-centered and respectful to the naturalness and privacy of birth, focused on the needs of women.

The formula for providing quality service to the society and being happy for a lifetime is to love your job. The secret of loving your job is heartfelt commitment and spiritual satisfaction. I wish all our graduate students to grow up as midwives who have adopted the spiritual feeling of being a specialist midwife, and I present my love.
